Lol so one of my biggest achievements was success at No-Fry November. I have to celebrate that victory because I'm pretty sure starch is my FAVORITE food group. I'm a little embarrassed to admit that the only success I've had in exercise this month was a video game, but honestly, I LOVE dancing as a form of exercise. So instead of being afraid to admit what works for me (dance video game) and forcing myself to do something I hate (running), I figured I would try the whole honesty thing to see how it goes! Also my friend Kelly suggested I try Bikram Yoga and I think I'm unofficially putting that on my Goals too 😉
